The mission of the Technology Services department is to deliver dependable, high-quality information facilities, systems, services, and support to our customers: the students, teachers, and administration at Elkhart Community Schools. Our goal is to enhance both the quality and reliability of students' educational experience.

The Technology Service Desk is the central point of contact for Technology Services. Once contacted, we will assist you with all your technology needs. We are committed to providing the best quality services possible. We do so in an atmosphere of courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward every individual in the Elkhart community, with an emphasis on providing education to enhance each person’s knowledge for problem resolution.

Help Center

Are you in need of technical support? Reach out to Tech Services by accessing our Help Center to easily submit/review help tickets or browse through our knowledge base for self help articles.

PowerSchool

Parents and guardians can quickly access everything in one place online, including GPA, class schedules, and attendance, graded and outstanding assignments, meal balance and fees and much more, by logging into the PowerSchool portal.

Canvas

Students in middle school and high school utilize Canvas as a digital classroom. Students can access course content, including assignments, discussion boards, and easily communicate with their teachers.

Seesaw

Students in elementary school utilize Seesaw as a digital classroom. Students can access and submit assignments, participate in discussion boards, and easily communicate with their teachers.

iPad Support

Information regarding district-issued iPads and accessories including broken and lost iPads, new student iPads, chargers, and common troubleshooting can be found here.

Internet Connectivity

Information regarding options for students/families who don't have access to reliable internet.
